Good Impression Marketing | Effective Date: May 28, 2025 | Last Updated: May 28, 2025
Lindholm Marketing LLC, doing business as Good Impression Marketing (“Good Impression,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose information we process. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights available to you.
1. Who We Are
Good Impression Marketing is a digital marketing and attribution services company based in the United States. We provide pixel-based tracking and attribution technology to marketing agencies and brands (our “Clients”). When our tracking pixel is deployed on a Client’s website, we act as a Service Provider to that Client as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
2. Information We Collect
When our JavaScript tracking pixel is loaded on a Client’s website, we automatically collect the following information from site visitors:
- Cookie Identifiers: A unique identifier stored in your browser used to recognize returning visitors and attribute site activity across sessions.
- IP Address: Your internet protocol (IP) address, used to derive approximate geographic location for reporting purposes.
- User Agent String: Technical information about your browser and operating system, used to understand device types and improve reporting accuracy.
- Site Activity: Pages visited, conversions, purchases, and other on-site events as configured by our Clients.
- Email Address (form submissions only): When a visitor submits a form on a Client’s website (such as a contact or lead form), we may capture the submitted email address. This is used exclusively to match the form submission to the Client’s CRM records to determine whether a lead converted to a customer. Email addresses are processed only on behalf of the Client whose website the form appeared on and are not used for any other purpose.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or other personal information beyond what is described above.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:
- Marketing attribution — identifying which advertising channels, campaigns, or touchpoints contributed to a site visit or conversion.
- CRM lead matching — matching email addresses captured from form submissions to a Client’s CRM to determine whether a lead converted to a customer. This is performed solely on behalf of the Client and the email is not used across Clients or for any other purpose.
- Client reporting — generating aggregated and session-level performance reports for our Clients.
- Fraud prevention and quality assurance — detecting invalid traffic and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Service improvement — analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve our technology.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through our pixel for a maximum of 18 months from the date of collection. After this period, data is automatically deleted from our systems. You may also request deletion at any time — see Section 6 below.
5. Our Role as a Service Provider
Good Impression Marketing processes data on behalf of our Clients under written Service Provider agreements. Under these agreements, we are contractually prohibited from using the data for any purpose beyond the services we provide to those Clients. Our Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our pixel on their websites is disclosed in their own privacy policies and complies with applicable law.
6. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you. See the opt-out section below.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No further action is required to exercise this right.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by law.
7. Opt-Out & Data Deletion
You may opt out of data collection by our pixel at any time. Opting out will remove any existing records associated with your cookie — and, where applicable, your email address — from our systems and suppress future collection from your browser.
To opt out, click the Do Not Track / Opt-Out button on our website, or send an email request to:

8. Cookies
Our tracking pixel uses first-party cookies to assign and recognize unique visitor identifiers. We do not use third-party cookies for cross-site tracking. You may also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; note that doing so may affect the functionality of websites you visit.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data is stored in Google BigQuery with access controls limited to authorized personnel.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
